TASTING NOTES
POUILLY–FUME SAUVIGNON BLANC
Notre Pouilly–Fume
est delicat, pur et long en bouche. Il
Situated just across the Loire river from Sancerre,
Pouilly–Fume is renowned for producing balanced, structured
sauvignon blanc. La Chardoisie has selected grapes from
vines planted in limestone and clay soils. Fish
shellfish and white meats are all excellent complements
to the smokey and flint aroma's of our
Pouilly–Fume whose very structure and balance makes
it a good match for richer foods. Also
delicious with "fruits de mer" and goat cheeses.
